Easblink Tech offers professional web development services including:

- Website hosting (first year free with packages)
- Technical support and maintenance
Service Delivery
Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Landing Pages: 3 business days
- Business Websites: 7 business days
- E-commerce Stores: 14 business days
- Custom Web Applications: 21+ business days
Timelines start from the date of initial payment and project approval. Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend delivery dates.
Account Creation
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining accurate contact information
- Keeping your password secure and confidential
- Complying with all applicable laws
Account Security
Never share your password with anyone. Easblink Tech will never ask for your password via email or phone.
Pricing and Fees
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change with notice. Current pricing:
- Landing Page: ₦50,000
- Business Website: ₦150,000
- E-commerce Store: ₦300,000
- Custom Web Application: ₦500,000+
Payment Structure
Our flexible payment plan:
- Initial Payment: 40% of total project cost to begin work
- Balance Payment: 60% due within 60 days after project completion
- Late Payment: Interest charges apply after grace period
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- Paystack (card payments)
- Flutterwave
- Other approved payment methods
Late Payment Policy
If balance payment is not received within 60 days of project completion, a late fee of 2% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made.
Ownership After Full Payment
Upon receipt of full payment, you own:
- The final website design and code
- Custom graphics created specifically for your project
- All content you provided
What We Retain
Easblink Tech retains rights to:
- Our proprietary development frameworks and tools
- Pre-existing code libraries and templates
- The right to showcase your project in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise)
Third-Party Components
Your website may include third-party components (fonts, icons, libraries) that remain the property of their respective owners and are used under applicable licenses.
Portfolio Display
We may display your completed project in our portfolio. If you prefer to keep your project confidential, please inform us in writing.
Our Warranty
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
- Websites will function as specified in the project agreement
- We will provide 3-12 months of support based on your package
Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific business results or revenue increases
- Compatibility with all future browsers or devices
- Protection against all security threats
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASBLINK TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
- Issues arising from client-provided content or third-party services
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of your content
- Ensuring legal compliance of your content
- Protecting your login credentials
- Regular security updates after warranty period
Content and Materials
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, images, and materials promptly
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed by you
- Respond to our questions and feedback requests within 48 hours
- Review and approve designs and functionality in a timely manner
Cooperation
Project delays caused by late content provision or feedback will extend delivery timelines. We reserve the right to pause projects that receive no client response for 14+ days.
By Client
You may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. However:
- Initial payment (40%) is non-refundable
- You will be charged for work completed beyond the initial payment
- Partial deliverables may be provided at our discretion
By Easblink Tech
We may terminate services if:
- You breach these Terms of Service
- Payment is not received despite reminders
- You provide false or misleading information
- Your project involves illegal content or activities
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- You must pay for all work completed
- We may retain project files until full payment
- Your account may be suspended or deleted
- Outstanding balances remain due
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute:
- Step 1: Contact us directly to resolve the issue
- Step 2: Attempt mediation if direct resolution fails
- Step 3: Pursue legal action in Lagos State courts
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
